Nice and simple explaination of the key elements of TPM, yet many people does not get the core value of the maintenance. I have a personal model I always like to refer to. Think about your equipment as your child, I refer to my wife as the best RELIABILITY ENGINEER I ever known. She cares about my kids, she keeps them clean, she feeds them healthy food on regular basis, she conducts condition monitoring, and can predict their upcoming abnormal conditions. Try to implement the same in your plant, or production unit, and you will see a big difference!
