hi, bali if you opt to do cvs po, form1 and payment nlng po ang ggwin mo to nysed po, tapos the rest is sa cgfns napo ipapasa for the cvs po.. pag ok na si cvs si cgfns napo mgpapasa kay nysed para review nia at mbgyan po kayo ng eligibility.. about sa docs na nsend po kay cgfns, yes mreretain po sknila un for 3-4yrs and once ne need po ulit like visa screen or ces report, at valid papo ung mga pinasa nio sknila hindi kna mgreresend ulit sknila, irereview nlng po nila nun and if valid ba good to go na un, pero if expired na bka need ulitin ulit po..
