You have to be crazy to store your stuff at CubeSmart. It’s not safe and the company doesn’t care about there customers. Thieves broke into my unit and stole thousands of dollars worth of collectibles. Try to reach out to the company. It’s almost impossible. All they say is file for insurance and go away disgraceful company. Even the police said it was an inside job, but we can prove it.

I started a small business buying and selling collectible, action figures and statues. rented a unit at cubeSmart to store my stuff. Eventually they broke into my unit and stole $12,000 worth of collectible at CubeSmart storage. over 400 lockers they target only mine more likely it was an inside job is cubesmart safe definitely no. The workers didn’t even call the police.
