Elon and his Cyber trucks are a disgrace…chatgbt is depleting our resources, rendering it useless in the grand scheme of things. The internet, particularly sm has done irreversible damage to society which we cannot truly comprehend yet. Reminds me of Jurassic Park "Your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should. Life uh finds a way.” Too much excitement for the future not enough precaution for the consequences. Putting lives at risk and staking everything on the future to just find a way. we’re going through media libraries being lost or destroyed again. No physical copies of film, books, magazines articles etc aren’t being archived. Streaming transcending how we consume media. The piracy battle…just a lot with technology and media going on rn. Aquarius being co ruled by Ketu makes so much more sense to me everyday

I was surprised when I saw the title pop up on spotify, since you have mentioned your opinion on politics before 😅 This was a great episode, interesting and full of good info. I've been looking into my own and my kids Dasha periods and learning how that applies to our everyday activities. I do agree, it's all a part of the "circus and peanuts." That seems more obvious every election season!

With the recent events on what had happened to Trump with the attempt, Mars in Gemini does not make sense while Mars entering Taurus made way more sense, especially looking at Trump's western chart VS his sidereal or vedic chart. I use to study western, but after making the switch few years ago, I truly believe vedic has given me way more accurate information, not to say western hasn't but still.

I'm glad you shared this, so much good info! I love the way you relate yoga and astrology by finding the truth through observing what is actually happening. I think humans can get into places where illusion and deceit are overpowering. Observing the planets where they actually are and leaning into those energies makes it all seem a little more tangible to me. The D9 and other charts are still way over my head though 😅

The D9 is a calculation based on the D1 (main birth chart) rather than actual placements in the sky. So overlaying transits on the D1 makes more sense.

Great question. I tend to focus more on the positive possibilities of a transit. In my research I find using the functional nature of grahas to give mixed results, and that it is not as significant as the holistic perspective of the D1, D9, Dashas and transits for the native. So considering all that, I place less emphasis on the functional nature in transits, myself. I’m always open to being wrong and finding new results in my research. What has your experience been? Have you found the functional nature to be highly influential when assessing transits? (- Jeremy from my yoga account)

The comment made is not to prove anybody or anybody's approach as wrong or right but it is an attempt to highlight what is written and expressed by our rishis and seers which are normally always correct as they are experienced and experimented on thousands of hand written horoscopes. Any deviation from those great teachings, may be as an experiment by any jyotish enthusiast,must be supported/proved through illustrations ie showing it on many horoscopes.

Actually i misspoke there. it JUST misses being the eclipse a few days before. So the Lunar Eclipse was around 9 days later. Still born in the 6 week window of Eclipse Season. An omen of a very transformational, often intense life.
