my emerald crab ate my sps coral ughh maybe it was my fault I dont have a lot of algae and he was starving now I feed him with shrimp and he behaves better,great tank man looks great!!

Question . Did u turn on your return pump for the sand to get clear or u waited until it cleared itself to turn on the pump ?

Wilmer Garcia I turned the return pump on it will clear itself after about a day. Also the sand should have a small packet that you pour in the water to help it clear the water.

Thanks again . How are u dealing with evaporation? I don’t have an ato yet and they say average aquariums evaporate 1 gallon a day that sound like a lot for a small tank .

Love, love the ricordea, actually love them all and I shyed away from sps at this online action and they had acri or whatever the sps is and montipora for 5 bucks but since it is my first tank I didnt dare and got a bunch of ugly brain corals instead, just beacus eit wa going to end and I couldnt let these 5.00 buck ones go off and not get them and paid way too much for others!

Okay, this is one of the NICEST aquascapes I’ve seen! I love all the little caves and terraces, and the front face has great little open areas on the sand. 👍🏻👍🏻 Functional and really really attractive! Nice work!

Can you share what the middle chamber filter is that separates the return pump chamber? I have the refugium running in chamber 1 , but would love to move to middle chamber. I can't keep the cheateo from overflowing into chamber 3.

Ryan Gonzalez sorry for not responding. Its just the middle separator of a breeder box i had laying around, but you can use sheets of plastic canvas that you can get from the sewing department at walmart. Its really cheap and comes with many sheets.

Thank you Billy. I really love the tank. Everything about it is perfect for me. But then again this is the only tank I've owned so i can't really compare it to anything else. It is quite small for me tho now that I'm really getting into the hobby lol
