A home at that price looks so much better with uncarpeted stairs and wall to carpet, natural dark maple hardwood floors is a must in my opinion and timeless. This builder needs a lot of pointers from Toll Brothers.

Here is a good advice if you want followers you got to show all doors and closets. How you miss showing the master closet? Take your time showing the home.

Kind of small, 1200sf or less I would guess. Starter home for young family.
