I purchased it online. And I got a call from inalsa to check if the processor is working fine. Till now I haven’t required any services and it’s working fine.

Hello Pushti! If you want other jars, there’s another model of inalsa which comes with the complete set. I am not sure if these jars are sold separately. You can check those out. How do you take out the cutting blades. It's not shown. Only if you take out the already fixed one you can fix another blade. Taking the out the blade is not shown in any of the video
