If you lose your phone, you can still continue to use your registered fingerprint on the lock. You would also have other family members registered with the lock to help you out in such a case. Mygate Locks are built for all homes, whether you live in a Mygate society or elsewhere 💪

Our locks communicate in an encrypted manner making it nearly impossible to hack them. Moreover, with features like Tamper Alert, the user will be notified of weird activity with the lock, no matter where they are. With Mygate Locks safety is assured 💪

Hey! yes Mygate Locks will be available for users outside of mygate societies as well. By using the Mygate Smart Devices App, anyone living in an independent house can also use Mygate Locks.

Hi @asagrimreaper Mygate Locks are powered by AA batteries and last up to 6 months depending on usage. It also has the option for jump start via USB such as using a power bank if battery dies out. However, our users will get notified via the app when batter goes low, so there's enough time to replace batteries in advance if needed.
