I have Submitted my PR Application on 30th June. Got email (Automated) from ICA on 10th July to upload the correct document of my Bachelor Degree. Though the Uploaded Certificate was correct. I have uploaded the same Document changing the File name. Bachelor Graduation Certificate (In the Degree Certificate it self it is mentioned Graduate Bachelor Degree). Dont know what else other document they are looking. As got an email just after 10 days, is it good sign? are the process has been accelerated by ICA to review the application and process accordingly? Any IDea?

Is company testimonials of previous employers from other Nation is also required or only from Singapore previous companies??
