Thanks...but what I am confused about is how will the robot work in the background if there are hundreds of users using the chatbot to submit claims? Will it be sequential?

When it's an unattended bot it should be on it's own VM. Then you would make your process create a queue item - then it will be processed when the next available unattended bot is available. So ideally you might have a couple so it can run multiple queue items at the same time.
