If there were more Arizona bands like JFAC….that performed like them, that had the stage presence and raw talent like they do…it would actually be a decent local scene. These dudes are legit legends and I’m glad I saw them at Blue Ridge Rock Festival. JFAC was EPIC then, just as they were back when this was filmed.

That right there is a Bolt Thrower style intro. The members of JFAC were around during the early early days of "deathcore" or the "protodeathcore" when it was either a mix of At The Gates/In Flames and metallic hardcore like Barrit or Year of Our Lord.... then there was the other style that was a mix of Bolt Thrower and metallic hardcore like Dawn of Orion or Upheavel. Then hardcore kids skill finally caught up and the next wave of bands inspired by Dying Fetus and Suffocation like Animosity or All Shall Perish came about and the rest is natural history.

@@Cheeseburger.Launch.Sequence Is the any recorded evidence of them performing "entities" live off their Doom EP ?
@Cheeseburger.Launch.Sequence Жыл бұрын
@@XShmokeI have no idea honestly. Truth be told, I had to actually look up what you were talking about..... I don't have the metal blade re-issue just the first press on KOTM... so I don't actually have that song nor am I super familiar with it. I go back into the 90s... around 2005 JFAC's band name was hard to take seriously for me heh. I did buy and spin the first EP. But I found it a tad goofy. I have met several members while they were living in MA and playing in Serpent of Gnosis as my husband and I have known Al through Goratory for a very long time. Sorry I can't help though.... No clue about how well documented JFAC's early days are. From this era I would have probably put bands like Elysia or Suicide Note as my personal preference as opposed to the JFAC or west coast stuff.
