I refill 2 x 6kg bottles for about £19. Cost to replace and get robbed by Calor would be £56! Go practice!

Was costing $5.30 AUD to fill a 9 kilogram BBQ gas bottle in Australia they hold 16 .6 litres of LPG gas

Can you remap the ECU of a car with this system? Or would it affect the lpg system?

Yes, this kit comes with its own ECU, which means you'll have 2 ECU's if you install this: 1 for petrol combustion and 1 for LPG combustion

Is it possible to use the stock petrol injectors and everything stock and just change the fuel lines, so instead of petrol being feed to the injectors there will be lpg, i dont see why that wouldn't work.

Hello, I was planning on ordering from your website a STAG Qmax Plus with the Romano 350 HP reducers and AC 01 BF injectors, but after seeing this unit I ve became interested in the liquid phase injection. What is the power limit for this unit ? My car is a Bmw 735i e65 with a V8 engine. In the future I will install a KKK K29 turbocharger so the LPG kit has to be able to supply fuel for about 500 HP The software for the Stag unit looks very good for tunning and also the Android version seems awesome, What can you say about the software for this Vialle kit related to tuning?

Depends on the LPG price, it takes around 20 litres of LPG gas to refill, so if liter of LPG costs 50p then it will cost £10 to refill, if its 60p a liter then around £12 to refill

The reference to 24.5 litres being 10kg is wrong. It could be dangerous if a consumer doesn’t question a cylinder taking 24.5 litres, if the shut-off fails. 10kg propane is 19.6 litres.

There is no way 10kg is nearly 20kg My rule is to empty completely, and then fill 13 litres into a 13kg cylinder. On this basis the cylinder is three quarters full.

@TR5Q3 - you’re right and wrong at the same time. The quoted 10kg capacity is the total useable capacity of the cylinder (so as you said 19.6l) as you might know all the gas canisters can hold only 80% of their total capacity . Please tell me how much is 24.5 - 20%? Yes… it’s 19.6. So in short the quoted 10KG capacity is right and after that you still got 4.9l of free space inside 😊 (required 20%)

Why is a pump required in the tank? Lpg in a tank is already at high pressure.

To transport the LPG as a liquid to the front. There is no vaporizer in this system. There is a high pressure return line too. All liquid transport so under at least 8 atmosphere.

Lmao, basic physics. The pressure drops when the LPG exits the tank and it becomes gaseous. This kit requires liquid LPG

@@kiyoponnn Where is the pressure drop? So a supply line of sufficient size could supply liquid from bottom of tank? But only to the same level as liquid in the tank right? (Engine manifold higher than tank). I didn't put much thought into my original comment, and I didn't do physics. Glad you got a laugh. Maybe I could roof mount a LPG tank and gravity feed. (There is a laugh)

@@bdrew4227 Yes, but not to the same level, it has to be a lower level to remain liquid. The pressure drops because not all of the LPG leaves the tank at once, only a small amount of LPG flows through the lines at any given moment, which means much fewer gas particles so there's a reduction in pressure. Gas particles are always moving and colliding with each other and the vessel in which they're contained. That's how they exert force on the walls of a container.Pressure = force ÷ area. Force = mass of an object x acceleration of the same object. The pressure in the tank is created by the large number of gaseous particles in the tank within a small area which liquifies the gas inside the tank.

it is the customer of one of our garages but I am sure the car is fine, vanel engine is fairly easy to convert to autogas LPG, only struggle is with the placing gas inlets to the 'manifold', the service periods of the wankel engine itself are not very long though

I got the cable and it works great. Unfortunately for me, I still can't get it to run correctly, I'm losing coolant, and I'm kicking myself in the ass for spending 10000.00 on this system (not from you, but a local installer). Luckily my new truck still runs good on gasoline. I did get it running on cng, which was better than what it was doing (which was not driveable). But the idle is way too low, and I've done the autotuning several times with no luck. It sounds like a truck that is missing when it's on cng. It also stated I have something wrong with my manifold pressure when I was autotuning. I hit ignore and it finished anyways. Not sure if they damaged something on the install, or if this is common. Does anyone know why I might be losing coolant, and what I should do to fix it? The guy who installed my system went out of business a month later and the closest guy I found to me is 3 hours away. Should I just cut my losses and run this truck on gas? Any advice would be appreciated.

Probably something wrong with CNG reducer, have you got any leak there? Is there any smell of CNG in water reservoir? There can be many issues why it is not working on CNG, better to go to someone who can check all pressures, mixtures and so on, otherwise hard to determine.

+Gary Sizemore most common problem is that they cut coolant pipes to heat up lpg gas. Then they put plastic connectors and coolant is losing on that places. You need to replace them with metal connectors

Hi Mihai, I have AGC Compact CT4, which is using the same software as Zenit Pro, on my Kia Cee'd 1.4l petrol/2018 for more than 3 years without any issues. What is the best at this software is that is doing the autoadjusting for you, when you thick the "Suggested tunning". Personally i would install the same on a new car. When the installation and configuration is done properly it works flawless. Regards, Florin

Hi, ask ecolpg.co.uk they are specialist for RX8 LPG conversion. MPG more less same as on petrol, power and performance also, just fuel prices lower sometimes more than half.
