You shouldn't have zoomed in, maybe we could have seen what is causing it...

An easier fix is to save the file as a 32 bit tga instead of 24!

I really appreciate the video! Quick question on saving GIMP customized liveries, Should I save in the default 8 bit or 32 bit? Will the 32 bit save help with pixilation on the edges?

So, I had a similair, but not quite, thing. Instead of the black squares, the windows decals were grey. I think it was applying the spec map to those areas. I selected those blocks out, and made them the same values I use for the rest of my decals, and it fixed the issue. Thanks for the video!
