I bought a used Honda under 12,000 miles and under 3 years. They won’t put me in their system in case i ever need the factory warranty. Please help. Who exactly do i contact at Honda. Noone will help

What happens if a Certified Pre Owned Honda is purchased and the new owner finds mouse feces all over the engine AND the insulation material on top of the fender well on both sides of he car is all chewed up and there actually is a hole in the plastic fender well above the tire. ALSO, some rubber components close to where the hood hinge is, driver's side had a hole chewed through it and passenger side was chewed up so much it was basically MISSING! This wasn't noticed until the new owner took possession of the car after the dealer delivered it to their house. I have pictures! Don't believe for a minute that the dealer's service department actually does the "185 point inspection" that they claim to do!!!!

If not what do I do to get it, and will I still have the rest of the UK on it should I include these places if they are not already added. Many thanks

Do I need to have that booklet to make a warranty claim if my vehicle is under Honda CPO? can I only use the Honda dealership that I bought the car from or can I use on Honda dealership for repairs under CPO warranty? thank you!

Is there a way of setting up the heater to not turn on when I use remote start? Because if I use the remote control the car use a lot of power to set the inside temperature cool while the engine is not yet hot.

Not sure if someone will actually see this but I have a 2017 CRV Touring that I bought used in July 2022 and I have the same exact USB flash drive as in the video. I did everything up to downloading the Garmin Express program but it will not open on the windows laptop I’m using. I even tried to change the perimeters to see if the security on the laptop was hindering but nope…, it will not open. Any resolution to fix it or am I stuck with the outdated 2017 maps (guessing it has never been updated) I’m also in Simpsonville, South Carolina.

I have a '21 CR-V. I don't see a Navigation button. If navigation requires a cell phone does it mean It can't be updated?

Everything works until I try to upload maps to my 2020 CR-V Hybrid and the the message "Map Update Failed".

Too bad it has that push button shift. That’s a deal breaker. I had planned on my next car being a Honda Passport or CRV. Then that button shift. No way. I will be buying another Outback
