Few things you need for the trick to work. Either do a decent amount of water (enough so that the bacon is sitting in water) and or cover it with a lid. Water is a great conductor of heat. So it can more evenly help render the fat out. At the point the fat is rendered out, the water is hot enough to evaporate on its own, leaving you with a lovely amount of fat to crisp up the bacon. The same principle works with carmelizing onions faster. The steam helps distribute the heat evenly so it cooks the onions, even the ones not touching the pan surface directly.

Hey! I purchased my first property in 2019 and we used equity in that to secure this new one. Ive done soooo much research but there is still so much i dont know. I would highly recommend chatting to a broker before you plan to buy, they can help you in the lead up.

Have just bought my own dyson airwrap ans have found that you have to have the arrows that are on top of the barrel face to the front/straight on. And smaller sections work best. Also recommend and hair mousse or texture spary.

I would focus on making garlands before doing a website. Make them for friends and family for free, or little cost so you can build a portfolio of work. We didn't have a website till 4 years into our business. Social media + great pics and great installs is the key in the beginning.

No worries at all. The website definitely made the ordering process better and faster. But when you're starting out, keep costs low and practice, practice, practice. Also key to get good photos, I took all of mine with my iPhone so you don't need a fancy camera or anything. Good lighting is your best friend. @@KingsDaughter.

That’s what I’m talking about! Time poor/ no drama! May I ask if you are simply melting pure chocolate over hot water? I’m just trying some twee caramel mini muffins and the recipe calls for Copha to melt the chocolate for the last layer. I can’t recall ever doing that? I’m inclined to omit the Copha, imagine it would lose a bit of gloss but proof is in the crumbs
