I’m glad he’s not cleaning my filter. I put a towel down to soak up excess water. I also have a shallow tray to put under the spout the water is draining from. Wipe out inside the cavity where the filter sits too as it accumulates dirt.

Thank you for this video. I was at my wits end trying to unscrew the filter knob - and had actually given up and bought a brand new washing machine. I decided to go on KZbin and when I saw your video I couldn’t believe how easily you unscrewed the knob . Bingo ! I was able to unscrew mine 😊😊 The filter was full of nasties - but after a thorough clean - my old machine was brought back to life 😍 I had been trying to unscrew the outer rim of the filter cap 😫 Thank you for your video - it literally saved me hundreds of dollars on the new machine ( which I returned - still in its delivery box)
