I cant wait for mine. In the UK its rare to be able to own ANY firearm. This is as close as I can get to having the real thing. The fact the acteor for arthur morgan used this exact thing to practice with is crazy, my one question is though...what was that you dripped on the Cartridge?

@imckenna1212 күн бұрын
The only problem i have is the one shot zero the white reticle can be hard to see as for the screen no different to most night vision scopes a little heavy on some rifles with the right rifle the balance of the scope is spot on i prefer not to use the eye piece over all a cracking scope.

@americanairgunner3 күн бұрын
Still a lot of money, but in line with decent optics these days. Also when you consider the cost of some night vision scopes, the Commander NV400 falls on the low end of overall cost. Thanks for taking the time to comment and watch. Hope to see more comments in the future.

Exactly what I thought! I was thinking $200 maybe. Not a working mans budget!

I wonder if we can find something in that price range? Have you looked at all?
@psycho62752 күн бұрын
@americanairgunner 500 bucks with those features ,especially night vision, hmmm, id say with whats out there and price trends, 500 is not bad at all. Actually its a damn good deal. Im 62 on disability so i get todays prices for necessary items like food, health care ,kids etc... All that aside if i can save a little each month, maybe in 7 or 8 months i could get one. Theres ways to get "toys" or tools of the trade without paying out of pocket all at once- save for it. Be alot more special to ya, or it was me. David

You can get a 4k lrf from pard for $899 that only weighs a pound instead of the 3+pound boat anchor nv400! I own both and never use the nv400
@americanairgunner3 күн бұрын
The NV400 is a little less than the pard when it comes to cost. Are there other features that would make one more desirable than the other? Thanks for sharing your experience. That is important information to have.
@richardnewton512418 сағат бұрын
The pard menu is way better for someone who is not a techie. The nv400 is pretty complicated to get the image optimised for open field with bright sunlight and then directly into the dark woods with out changing settings. Also going day to night with out the ir washing the image out if you are trying to look through some closer trees to a more open area. I do have mine figured out but it took a lot of time and frustration. To someone just getting into nv scopes I highly recommend the pard. I currently have the nv400 / 2 pards and sold one to a buddy.
@richardnewton512418 сағат бұрын
Also my nv400 with the rangefinder was 799 when I bought it over a year ago. I see the pard night stalker is down to 800 now and again it doesn’t have the huge ir light and range finder hanging off the sides. They are mounted on top of the scope and don’t need to be taken off to put fx’s back in the cases

If it was regulated like the older model, which I have (450FPS) you’d get more shots at consistent speeds and better groups.
@americanairgunner4 күн бұрын
Charles, you make a good point. Now there are aftermarket regulators that can be added. Even without the regulator the M600 is more than accurate enough for hunting. Thanks for the comment and for watching. Keep'em coming.

I can decock my fx with the arrow barrel on it the same way . They claim with the .357 barrel you can muzzle load a arrow by twisting the fletching around the arrow making a seal .
@americanairgunner14 күн бұрын
Thanks for commenting. I would worry about the possibility of the arrow wearing the inside of the barrel (unless said arrow was designed for this purpose). Interesting idea. Don’t think I will be trying that with my fx.
