Very well try to execute this idea. I have used this to scan more than 200 barcodes but 50% of time it records incorrect number. This may occur due to hand moment.

Can you please explain the Barcode system page at the beginning of the video? How did you choose to set it up and how did you choose the barcodes that are actually there? Where did not barcodes come from and how does it work that the barcodes change just by copy and past?

At 7:24 in the video, I click QR button on upper-right and scan my Google site QR (generate from Berrywing) but the sample URL didn't change after scan. Scan to web version 6.1.3 on Android. Could you confirm this issue? Many thanks

I too was having issues with the status page as others have mentioned but stumbled upon this solution from the stackoverflow website. 1. Create a new sheet called Status. 2. You're going to insert two formulas. The first goes into cell A2: =query({SignOut!A2:E;SignIn!A2:E},"select Col3, count(Col3), max(Col1) where Col2 is not null group by Col3 label Col3 'Barcode', count(Col3) 'Barcode count', max(Col1) 'Out-Timestamp'") *replace SignOut and SignIn with whatever you've named the spreadsheet that receives your Sign Out or Sign In info from your Google Forms. 3. Write the following words in cell D1, E1 and F1; Barcode, Date, Name 4. Paste the second formula into cell D2: =arrayformula(if(isodd(B3:B),arrayformula(vlookup(C3:C,SignOut!A2:E,{3,1,2},0)),"")) The way this solution works is it counts the number of times the instrument has been signed out. If the number of times is odd it "flags" the instrument as signed out (ie it will appear in column D-F). If the instrument is signed in it will not appear in those columns. It's quite a simple but effective solution. I hope that helps. I had thought I had posted this yesterday but couldn't find it when I returned to the video today. I'm not sure if I accidentally didn't post it or if it was deleted. If I have broken some kind of posting rule I apologize. I just thought this solution would be helpful.

HI! I was wondering what the formula would look like if I wanted to have the STATUS TAB show an additional named range? ie: location of store where an item was checked out. Status would show, OUT 'CHECKED OUT' STILL OUT 'OUT WHO' AT 'LOCATION'. Can the formula be modified to get that added piece of Information captured from the check out tab?
