The people cannot take anymore strain. The financial burdens of the current economy are at a tipping point, and anymore stress on the taxpayer's budgets risk setting off a powder keg. We know that inflation is devouring the govt employees' paychecks, and the county feels the need to bring in more revenue, but the source of that revenue is suffering even more so than they are from this inflationary disaster.

With the way property values are rising, one might think that there's actually a need to *reduce* the tax rate on it - but with this countys' history of budgeting and taxing, logic and fairness have little to do with it typically.

These people also have a buy here pay here lot. I purchased a vehicle not knowing that they installed a device to kill the ignition ( spliced into the cars wiring harness). I made them a choice replace the harness or take the car back.
