Lasst uns dranbleiben und gemeinsam was bewegen!

What he explained are first priciples of Agile .. Fail early to innovate faster. DevOps literally does this through employing continuous feedback loops.

Sohrab, I love how you explain Hackman and share this video with my students. One small suggestion. You have a typo in the intro to the video that says Tuckman not Hackman.
@scrumacademy Жыл бұрын
Thank you Thomas for your kind words and for bringing the typo to our attention! We apologize for any confusion and will correct it to "Hackman". We're glad the video is helpful to your students and appreciate your vigilance in maintaining accuracy.

Beautifully explained. May i say however, in the real world, teams do not have the time to follow process. People are overworked, overbooked and unable to attend the daily meetings let alone do their work. I've been a PM officially for 20 years. And unofficially even more. The other factor is funding or resources disappearing and the favorite, company management and upper management politics. Anyhow we have to keep trying.
@scrumacademy Жыл бұрын
Thank you for your insightful feedback! You're right, real-world challenges like overwork and company politics often make it tough to follow Scrum to the letter. Your 20+ years of experience as a PM adds a lot of weight to this perspective. While it's not always easy, the core principles of Scrum can still guide us toward better project management. We appreciate your input and agree, we have to keep trying!

Thank you for the valuable talk. It is also very hurtful wenn the Managers realized that we have no strategy or we are not sure about it. Unfortunately not every manager see actually the chance in it to improve on the strategy. I like your advice to use a collaborative approach.

Thank you for the interview! I am using Holger's book on a daily basis now. ✏️To learn how to communicate better using visual tools ❤️ ✏️Creativity is hard work ✏️Creativity is about getting feedback, adapting, iterating ✏️Distancing your own personality from the product you build ✏️Ugly drawings vs. perfect drawing ✨️ ✏️we are not asking enough questions ✏️understand, create, share ✏️in which phase are we now? ✏️boost your energy to be heard ✏️avoid cognitive murder ✏️thinking hats The whole interview has very warm atmosphere, and I love it.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for actively engaging with the content! It's great to hear that Holger's book has been a valuable resource for you. Keep exploring, keep questioning, and keep creating!

I get pissed off how come such a brilliant interview after a half of the year on KZbin has only 12 likes and 12th was mine! Wtf is going on in Product world?!
@scrumacademy Жыл бұрын
Firstly, thank you for your support and for recognizing the value of the content we're creating. It's great to hear that you found the interview to be informative and insightful. The aim is to provide high-quality, meaningful content to help our audience navigate the product world, and your feedback validates our efforts. As for the number of likes, we understand that it can be disappointing. However, we believe that the impact of our content is not solely determined by these metrics. Even if it helps just a handful of people deepen their understanding, inspire their creativity, or improve their practices, we consider it a success. Of course, we also appreciate the power of digital engagement in spreading these insights to a wider audience. If you'd like to help more people find this content, feel free to share the interview on your own networks and recommend it to anyone who might find it valuable. Thank you again for your support and enthusiasm. Let's keep pushing forward and creating an impact in the product world, one insightful conversation at a time.

I'm saddened that even Marty Cagan doesn't understand real coaching, from an ICF perspective. This form of coaching is not part of the agile world. Most professional coaches have not heard of agile. How are these myths getting perpetuated?
