Rode this yesterday for the first time. I really wanted to hit that last drop, but it is so loose and rutted that I decided against it. Nice riding!

Check the kiosk where the map is by the parking lot. You'll want to take note of when bow and arrow deer hunting begins and ends. It starts Sept. 16th and ends sometime in January. So be sure to wear something bright for safety.

I was at Harmony Hill to hike the Orange Trail today. There are very deep ruts , and tons of exposed roots on the steep downhill parts of the trail worn away by water so take your time.. Most definitely take a photo of the map provided at the parking lot. And, most definitely, do not use headphones unless you have them turned way down or you will not hear the bikes coming, and in many spots there is not much space to step aside.; especially on the part with steep sides running down to the water. There's no problem with the trail blazes on the way down, but coming back it can be confusing when you see a couple of trails, and no blaze. There aren't any places to rest until after you get to where it finally comes to the area where they have a couple of picnic tables.

I think I learned two things watching this video. 1. If your spokes are loose, tighten them. 2. If you rim is out of true, just say you don’t care. Not sure I needed a tutorial for that.

A few takeaways as this will be my first enduro: Thanks. In regards to jumps and rock gardens, it looks like they will be avoidable. Looks like is mostly high speed meandering singletrack, which means maybe I will have a chance in my bracket. And by the looks of it, I may be riding at a normal ride pace like you are, so I feel more confident that people won't be yelling to go faster and such. Now just wondering if I should buy and take a stans dart tool.

Came across your channel in doing some research for Wissahickon. Absolutely love your videos, and they’re super helpful. Do you have a recommendation for a relative beginner/intermediate on the trails in Wissahickon? Would you go Yellow or White?
@povtrails12193 жыл бұрын
Thanks! I would recommend yellow first either direction but north to south is my favorite. White is a good route too if you want a little more technical challenge after the yellow trail. Hope you enjoy the trails there!
