When will Gemini be rolled out for Meet? I don't see it when I start a meeting and I'm pretty sure I turned on all necessary features. I couldn't figure out what version of Gemini I have but I'm paying for it.

KnowBe4 is extremely annoying at my work's emails. My company pays them thousands of $ every month for THEM to send US 20 spam emails a month. Nobody even checks their emails anymore because everyday it's just fake junk from KnowBe4. Completely counter intuitive. Sure, nobody clicks on bad links anymore because nobody bothers to check their emails anymore! Great business plan.

Hey, this is great. Is there a way to respond to the email as the group email address instead of the individual? I couldn't see a way to make that change.

Thanks for this, Chris. We would like to use this feature for our team, but our third party email signature tool does not work with collaborative inboxes, is there any way to have our email signatures show up when replying from the collaborative inbox? Be it via gmail or a different signature tool you know of.

I have been testing this out and it is solid so far. The one issue I see is that there is no dedicated app for mobile. I can load my Groups on my phone's browser, but I don't have the ability reply or label or assign. I can only read. How has your team been using this with mobile?

Hi Nicholas! You're correct, there is no delegated mailbox access via mobile except for mobile browser. We typically don't use this feature in mobile, however, if you'd like to chat through your situation with one of our technical experts, please contact us at [email protected].

I was trying to send a mail on behalf of my group to another person, but when I enter my group mail address in the "add another email address" section(in my gmail settings), it's showing to enter a valid email address. I'm not getting why it's showing like that. Please help on this.

Hi Sid! Google Groups do not function as "accounts" so you won't be able to sign in to them as a stand alone email. You'll have to be signed into your personal account and then access the Google Group through the options (or "waffle" icon next to your name) in the right-hand corner. Scroll down to access Groups. From there, you'll select the Collaborative Inbox of the Google Group.

@@sidclove6788 Once you're in Collaborative Inbox, it functions just like your personal inbox. You can send mail to anyone, even someone who is not part of the Group.

Hi Addy! Your inbox will still have an unread message and any additional replies will come through as normal emails, so also unread until you open them.

Hi Resyawulan! As long as you have access to the Collaborative Inbox, you can see all emails as long as the Google Group email is still on the email thread.
