Assalam Alaikum, This is a very good presentation on Musharaka.You should please include the factor the companies investing through Musharaka should ensure they also comply with the laws of the Country from where they are operating.They should also comply with the laws and guidelines of the Regulatory Agency of that Country, for example the Securities and Exchange Commission or any Government Agency saddled with the responsibility of regulating the investments market.Their main functions among others is to regulate the market ,provide a level playing ground and ensure that Investors are protected
