@ I bought mine in October 2024 and now it’s Jan 2025 I been calling the shop they keep ducking my calls and one time they pick up said oh our system down until tomorrow and we’ll give a call back and that was a month and half ago 😭

I inherited a black powder revolver in California. It will take somebody down, but not the best option. I haven’t bought A modern gun yet in the state because I don’t want my information to be in the DROS database as soon as I can I am moving to a real American state where they actually respect you for exercising your rights.

It is my understanding that you can use your real id to buy ammo in CA IF you have a DEROS with the same address in the past 6 years. You get a 2-3 minute check and you're good to go. If you have no DEROS, they will do a 20-25 min check prior to the sale. Also there is no limit on your ammo purchase. Great video. Hope this helps. ✌

How to buy gun in free state: Bring your DL, funds, do a background check (no felonies, no protection orders, etc.), wait about 5-10 min, and the gun is yours. So glad I moved out of there😃

Just got it just gotta do the waiting period . I got shotgun. All I needed was a license birth certificate, FSC and fishing license I moved so my license drivers license has a different address but they let me use my fishing license which I got yesterday so I just printed out the temporary fishing license and was able to use that

So basically on a constitutionalily standpoint. These are mostly infringements when it comes to owning a gun and carrying a gun also. Especially the 10 day waiting period on top of the 1 in 30 purchase period which goes towards both guns and ammo. If you have family out of state, have them legally buy a gun then do “family transfer” to you in CA using an FFL. Avoid the ridiculous California sales tax and the new extra 11% excise tax.

NOOOO not a safety course, a few forms, and a few days wait. The HORROR! Give up perfect weather all year and amazing driving roads/sunset views 15 mins away for a few gun forms 😂. all honesty what is hard about this? The only annoying part is the roster being so small. But I have yet to see two lunatics flailing guns at each other while road raging on the freeway, which I’ve seen multiple times in Florida after spending a few weeks there.

No I’m from the 209 area. You got a current DL or ID? If you do. Bring car registration that is current and two bills that are current. They have to be in your name. Plus your safety card. Which you take before purchasing a firearm.
