The home is beautiful on the outside and I love the large island in kitchen. Other than that, the house does not present as a $1.5 million house (IMO). No custom closets or wood hanging rods. Those wired closet hangers can only hold but so much before the collapse into the wall. At any rate, I appreciate you showing this home.

Their designs are ok but I just can't get past that this is really a DAN RYAN home (Now Dan Ryan Builders). Sorry but you know it's bad when a home builder has to change their name to initials because their reputation for bad builds proceeds them! The complaints after move in on such a huge investment are too numerous and isn't worth the purchase. Hope it turns out better for this family tho'! Would love to see some Caruso, Stanley-Martin and/or Merrick if you find any! 🙌🏽
