If you own a quest 2 getting a quest 3s is a waste of your time, get the 3 on a deal or Black Friday, just for the pancake lenses alone.

The quest 3s has infrared sensors that illuminate the dark while the average human eye cannot see so you can play it in the dark but the 3 use a depth sensor. The depth sensors are for better and more immersive depth and better ai boundary. I hope I answered your question

3s is better but it only has a few differences like the quest 3s frame is like a square so u would see black on the side of your screen so for other games like golf and stuff prob quest 3s but if ur mostly gonna play gtag prob quest 3

@@Concrete-wy4txyeah but in terms of performance, quest 3S is MILES better than quest 2. Although quest three is best so far, if you’re not happy with a quest two, a 3S is best. Same answer for if you’re getting your first headset too.

If you do pcvr it isn't worth it since it's the same lenses and resolution. The main changes are for standalone.
