These are certainly restaurants in Jackson, but only Genevieve would rank in a Top 10 for me, as a local. Glorietta, Gather and Kampai are probably my top 3, without even thinking.

One of the worst towns in Arizona for a decent meal. Most employees, including cooks, managers, are in college. No brains. No appreciation for dining at all...knowing most are tourists and won't be back anyways.....microwaves routinely used..like McDonald's. Sucky.

Billy Bob's is good, but not great! Definitely not in the top 10 or even top 20. McFarlands, Heroes Taste and Taps, Charlie's Steak Ribs and Ale, Clockers Cafe, Starvin Marvin's, Landry's Seafood, Local Flavor, Mel's Hardluck Diner, Jackie B. Goode's Uptown Cafe, and Cakes and Cream are all great places to eat.

The majority of these are foreign cuisine restaurants. Not that there’s anything wrong with it but I’ve eaten at 6 of the 10 mentioned and they’re definitely NOT “the best” restaurants in Jacksonville. The Exxon gas station on Bell Fork Road has better quality food than some these “featured restaurants”. “Best Of” is definitely subjective.

I'm from the southeast. We take our BBQ seriously here. Honestly Salt and Smoke near Ball Park village sucks. Their BBQ is tasteless. Sugarfire is mediocre. Both places are priced outrageously! I ended up paying $25-$30 for a BBQ plate with two sides. I could get the same thing from the roadside smoker stand that I go to in my hometown for $9 and he blows them out of the water taste wise. If you're in Saint Louise don't bother with the BBQ. The places are overpriced, mediocre, and rely 100% on hype from people that don't know their BBQ.

I live within 3 blocks of 3 of those restaurants and they are all very good. I would also recommend Big Ed's in the city market for breakfast or lunch and Raleigh's oldest restaurant, The Mecca, as a place for good food. Both are only two blocks from me so when I go out for breakfast I usually alternate, but the Mecca is a little more expensive and not quite as crowded.

There are NO good restaurants in Sedona. All expensive tourist traps. Poor service. I used to own vacation rentals there. The number of guests who got food poisoning was something I never saw before. Poor quality, no chefs (there are fake), just unqualified cooks. Go to Whole Foods and make your own.

This list is so wrong. Sugarfire is dreadful. Mud House and Southwest Diner are not representative of the best for in St Louis and Ted Drew’s is not food. Although it shouldn’t be missed, it is dessert only. There is nothing on this list representative of The Hill or Clayton. I don’t know who compiled this but do not take this as accurate.
