@@muhmmmadsulaiman946 Hi Muhammad. I did saw your message. Because I answered similar question in the q &a. Its about your limited RAM. Please increase the pixel size of DEM (resample) into 100 m for example. This will do the work

Yes i agree with you, this happens when you try to extract large due to memory issue. Try to define smaller area for testing please.
