Too much juicy (pharmacology) inside to have that arms lifting only that weigth. Should be lifting 60 kilos at least with a Z bar that makes it easy. What happens with millennials and centennials juicing that much with no fear??? Get control of your self for God seik!!! Your gonna pay too soon, before 40! Watch your self!

I'm 70kg bw, today 23.12.2022 did 45kg 1rep max, looking forward to see how far I can go. not working on biceps too much tho, I train all body so lets see how strong I can get with biceps. if you want an update later on let me know

@@mridulchatterjee wow I can’t believe this was 7months ago.. I’m 75kg at the moment and the lifts haven’t had drastic increases in weight, Deadlift 100kg, I have had a lower back issue before I even start training and it’s holding me back from progressing.. I’ve visited physicians but they couldn’t help so now I’m working on flexibility rehab if it could help Bench 70kg, I rarely work chest and I’m weak at bench Squats, because of lower back issue I go on squats very low, never went heavy, mainly working to open my hips and legs Though I did leg press and it was 200kg There’s inconsistency in my dieting, though I’ve kept up with training but not much significant progress. Sleep is good. Your lift is impressive at that body weight, when I started I could do only 14kg dumbbell hammer curls now I’m at 20kg. Strict bar curl is gotten a little weaker since I’ven’t trained with it, I’ve been mainly focusing on back, lat pull-downs, pull ups, and I’m not satisfied with results after at all after all that training, because of the lack of proper dieting. I barely eat a day, don’t calculate micro & macro nutrients but I definitely should if I want to see real progress

It's not about the number of reps or weight... it's about the mind-muscle connection. Time under tension and intensity = hypertrophy

Time under tension just isn't that important and the number of reps and weight matter a lot. I suggest watching a video from renaissance periodization about the subject

Best is 50.5kg for 3 sets of 8 puts lots of tension on forearm can do 50 kg skull crushes too I'm 6'4 122kg though I lift big I got no choice did 35kg hammer curls tonight 8 each good form no swing I use to stand against wall and curl I probs could do 65-70kg strict.

His bodyfat is very low, that makes his arms look bigger, and the rest of the body is far smaller, that also makes the arms look bigger.

You're either rocking too much and not using enough arms, have more bodyfat or just plain ol' different genetics. Everyone's different, there's a Guy on KZbin that I follow that did 12 reps of 66 pound curls and has pretty good looking arms. I tried the same challenge except I did 70 pounds and managed to crank out 15 with pretty solid form. I did more than him yet my arms aren't as vascular as his and I think he and I are about the same size as far as height and weight goes. Sometimes it's just genetics!

Yeah, these guys are doing volume training, so they are bigger than they are strong. I do strength training, i strict press this weight and my arms are smaller.

When you can do 40kgs Barbell curls just fine but you arms don't look nearly this big? I don't even struggle as much as he was. He was either already tired from other biceps exercises or those steroids are all for looks.
