放上盐之后不仅可以增加猪油的底味,让猪油更好吃,味道更香浓。还能够让猪油保存的时间更长。

不一样的喔 ,生抽和老抽,和黑酱油 不一样,如家家里没有老抽,可以黑酱油代替染色,不要多噢

Not truly hakka way of cooking. Should be steam cooked. Pork belly should be chopped into very small pieces, like nearly minced. The mui choi chopped finely, the same as the pork. Then all mixed together & steam cooked. Maybe provinces varies their style of hakka cooking?
