This stuff's way too expensive. Some of us are RC hobbyists on a budget. They must be sponsors. I can find much more economical alternatives.

Thanks for the review, nice body but it is the most expensive scx24 and still the same crappy motor? If axial doesn't want to invest on fix their own system, I don't want to buy more scx24s, after 1or two months of use I will have to spend more $$ on get injora motors. Had two scx24s that failed of the motor just a couple of months after purchase, then had to purchase third party and better motors, they last longer, then I moved into fcx24 and never had any issue, not need to upgrade servo or motor. Simple, if axial management team can't get hold of a design team to validate a new motor and insist in giving customers low quality parts, I just will spend my $$ somewhere else, competition is there, and it seems a similar problem is happening on the 1/10 scale system, good motors but horrible body on the new Basecamp Ii and III. RGT and FMS has also rugged and reliable systems so that's where my $$ goes until axis wakeup from his profit dreams.

Anyone looking for a blower i highly suggest searching for a turbo blower for whatever cordless battery system you use. They make them for every one you can think of and really powerful. I found it invaluable since I got mine.

Battery Meter . See what the pack is doing & determine how many cycles it lasted after the regular 6 to 8 charges . Write it down that way you cull shit packs from decent packs .

lol the reefs multi tool was my first rc tool set and it did me decent for about a year or so🤙🤙 after a year the 1.5 broke and some of the others I can’t use with even slightly stripped screws but for the pric($50) and where I was at with the hobby, I would recommend this as well

When I got my Haiboxing 903a, I contacted Haiboxing, and they told me to store my 7.4 volt 1300mah lipo batteries at a full charge ! And they told me to take them out every 2 -3 months and charge them back up to a full charge !
@puzzleluvr8 сағат бұрын
Definitely don't store LiPos at full charge. Other lithium batteries might be ok, but not recommended.

'Interesting' to some, and maybe not so interesting to others...but, with the exception of plastic case colors, tthe HiTec & SkyRC dischargers are identical, with the same prices, and even sharing almost identical model numbers. Truth is, in regards to hardware, they are identical. Not only that, but, so are most of the ProTek electronics. However, the software is, in some cases, different. I don't claim to know whether HiTec, or SkyRC, is the OEM...or whether the true OEM is done other company. I would trust the products, no matter which of these three brand names it's sold under...but, at the same time, if any product is sold by more than 'brand', and ProTek is one of the choices, I'm more likely to purchase that one, purely for the ease of warranty, and better customer support.

Call me crazy, but I don't think I want to charge a LiPo battery in a box full of LiPo batteries. This coming from a guy who NEVER balanced a battery and after three years of racing almost every weekend, they still worked. Then the guy who bought my stuff used them for a couple years too. If you are worried about LiPo fires, use a bag. Its like putting a motor fan on a short course truck, then whining about too much air getting under the body.

What are you doing with your Traxxas RC’s that have the asbestos issues?? Because they’re not recalling them in the US doesn’t mean there’s nothing wrong with them 😢. And I know a lot of people don’t care for Traxxas but I am a big fan that is the majority of the RC I own and I own 58 RC‘s. Love your rc channel 😊👍👍

@MrGoat739 сағат бұрын
The lipo tester shown is still good info. They are way more convenient when you’re regularly checking cells separately on 6S batteries. Safer too, it’s easy to short out tester probes on a balance plug 😊

RC DRIVER! I am so pi$$ed at FMS and this channel for promoting this piece of garbage. We bought 2 of these and they are absolute trash. I do not say this lightly. Day 1 (Christmas 2024) our son's transmission went out. Day 5 our daughter's transmission went out. Day 6 our daughter's steering servo went out, day 8 our son's transmitter got a mind of its own and went haywire. 2 weeks in our daughters transmitter did the same thing. NO RESPONSE from FMS after multiple attempts to remedy the issue. We left this trash pile a bad review on FMS' website and they gave us a blanket reply of "a customer service member will reach out shortly" 10 days later and NO REPLY from FMS. To add insult to injury I paid for new metal transmission gears the day our son's tranny went out, which was 3 weeks ago and they have not shipped yet. NO REPLY as usual from FMS. FMS IS A LOWLIFE COMPANY that has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have a hard time imagining that you lowlife KZbinrs are not suckling at the FMS Chinese teat for some kickback. Get a life and go lift some weights instead of misleading people into purchasing this counterfeit knockoff $hit.

So just an FYI for anyone who wants the SkyRC Performance Analyzer Race Day Quads(who now sells a few surface products) has had them for $69.99 for well over a year now. IDK why they have them so cheap, but they do.

I know this is a 2 year old video but I love my LMTs. I have my SuvaD fit out with Vitavon parts including gears and I have the MudBog fit out with Treal. I like the Vitavon as they redesign them with larger bearings. Oh, I do the same with all my RTRs when I get them. Cut the clear decals out of the windows and lights. I did it with my SCX6 Honcho too. ;)

I definitely don't like this idea of theirs. The color of the truck is everything, if you don't like the way it looks its just not as fun to look at. There are two of the colors I don't like at all and I'm afraid I.ll get one of those when I order mine.

I'd love to see a review on the new 1/8 Arrma Typhon 223s and how it holds up as a potential "in" to the hobby as not only a basher but an amateur racer platform. I'm just into the hobby and all of the kit brands and 4-8s "race ready" rtr's would end up with me repairing the things from messing up racing lines far more than I'd be actually racing them.

The reason I went for a heavily modified CC-02 instead of the XV-02 is - as you mentioned - the very specific surface necessary to have fun with a rally car. You basically need an even, hard, tarmac like surface with a thin layer of fine sand or very small gravel. If not you're either stuck with a very bouncy, out of scale behavior in a terrain more suitable for a trophy truck, or you go on tarmac and could have bought a touring car. I also felt that rally cars need and excessive amount of power to be fun. So a 21 turn wouldn't have been my choice. Even though top heavy I feel like I am more versatile with a "dakar style" CC-02 brushless car.

EVEN ON PRACTICE DAYS WE WET OUR TRACKS AND THOSE TIRES U HAVE ARE PERFECT FOR THOSE CONDITIONS AND JUST A LITTLE WET TRACK , (LITTLE TIME TO DRY), THEY ARE EVEN BETTER.....ALSO DOES IT SEEM A LITTLE WEIRD DRIVING THE opposite WAY COMPARED TO THE AVERAGE TRACKS. I DO NOT KNOW IF I COULD EVEN DRIVE WAY consistent backwards ,...... just asking :) --------great video though
