The shaft is not large enough to accommodate standard innerdoors, that’s the whole point of installing folding innerdoors. These innerdoors are very old, probably from the late 1980s.

That is an very awesome elevator. I love so much these gated elevators, they are very nice and also my favorites! Also I'm curious what the buttons looked like before the 2004 upgrade by OTIS.

@@ElevatorsofRomania yes this elevator is very unique, has kept its original design and the Otis Alto buttons blend in quite well. I don’t know if this elevator had its original buttons before the mod. The capacity plate in the cab looks like a 1960s Schindler one.
