Does this mean that the YCS cleaner does not kill and disinfect mold and fungus. Why would I not use just YCS as one product solution to disinfect and clean? I would have thought that as a hydrogen peroxide based product it would kill mold and make the need for the Benefect product unnecessary. Now I am confused.

why do you have access from outside when a floor trap makes the home safer and cleaner, then your door needs to be a floor trap door. I have 2 floor traps, since i have 2 separate crawlspaces

We already have vapor barrier but we need to attach it to the wall can we use this on any vapor barrier or does it only work on yours

My crawlspace starting stinking after a vapor barrier was put it. I have no idea why but it does. Someone told me it might not be the barrier but the ground putting of the smell because I don't have my space sealed completely.

We use this for our mold removal in attics it definitely has a smell getting rid of heavy mold

I'd much rather have it on hinges. You can paint them to prevent rust, but the door is subject to damage if it is removed and set aside while you're in the crawl space.

Sure it looks easy when you’re standing up and using a 1 foot square. Try doing this in a 2ft tall crawslpace. Also the roll of wall can only be done in 6ft sections, any longer than that, it curls up on itself

I used the magic seal with the crawlspace apron and did my crawlspace walls myself and this system works great! I would recommend these products to anyone.

Great stuff lot of good stuff. what's your opinion when insulating the walls with xps foam boards then covering them up with poly 12-15mil vapor barrier. I can't find any specifics in regards to the code. lot of people are saying they need to be covered with drywall for fire retardancy but my crawlspace walls are less then 4 ft tall, and I don't see you guys in any videos covering the xps or any other foamboards with drywall. any insights into the code with foamboards on the crawlspace walls ? basically my questions is do you have to cover the foam boards with drywall before covering them with vapor barrier ? thank you much and keep up the good work.
