The big question with Pennix is with all the injuries he's had could he pass a physical? Drafting a QB early for the Jets has not worked in the past. The last two Jet QB's were taken in the first round. Darnold and Wilson. Darnold got traded and Douglas decided to start with a new QB. He drafted Wilson. Wilson hasn't worked out either. Jets have drafted a QB in the mid rounds and that didn't work out either. Selecting a QB in the last round, Boyd, didn't work either. If the Jets wait until the seventh round they should be able to get Carter Bradley from South Alabama. Did okay in the Senior Bowl.

The question is not if but who ? Imo do not take JJ McCarthy. However, if some of the top qbs fall (which has happened) I’ll take either Jayden Daniels or Drake May. If they select Bo Nix I wouldn’t be mad
