They canceled this show and now there is only crummy re-runs of people's court. ABC is a disaster. I watch zero shows on that network.

I know I must have commented all those years ago in this thread, but it's long-buried now: when I watched this and saw how they had essentially wrapped everything back to the "grape" from decades prior and having Victor Jr. still be alive I felt that shit from the top of my head to the soles of my feet and went "NOOOOOO!!!" because it wasn't going to be followed-through on the following Monday. (For me, it was the most emotional soap opera finale I had seen, and I had seen a good number of them over the decades... lol) Footnote: and no -- I don't "count" the Prospect Park episodes (I don't think many of us do, lol). 😉

PP certainly wasn't great but it did further a few story lines and it had a lot of the best OLTL actors/actresses in it. Unfortunately, it left questions unanswered because of its abrupt ending. What happened at PP, and at General Hospital, is certainly a part of the history of those OLTL characters who were there.

I grew up watching this with my mom and kept going even when she stopped. Isn't it funny that they got rid of all these shows after being on for decades only to replace them with talk shows that if they're lucky will last about 5 years. Hope it was worth it.

Oh man. How I miss this show while simultaneously remaining angry at what they did to Todd and Blair.
@debb4812 ай бұрын
The Oltl ending was just a setup for a reunion down the line. Todd and Blair end up in love and remarried in 2013. I liked that there were 2 reunions, not one, and I enjoyed the few episodes on GH; particularly Todd's proposal. I never thought they would have a perfect ending because of who Todd is- he's a villain more than he is a lover.

LOL I loved hearing Ted saying ‘Tad’ and stopping himself for just a second before speaking more 😆 from the first time I saw this story line back in the day. I just watched your Tad and Dixie playlist and loved every minute of it. Thanks again for uploading this series and this story line in particular. I’m on youtube mostly for true crime content, and lately it’s been getting to me. These memories are a nice break from that. Thanks for uploading, @daboys1215 💕

dereka thank you for saying that ‼️ I laugh at him, yes, he’s so funny. But there is classic handsomeness with him. His hair is glorious and his eyes are gorgeous. But the way he talks, with the old fashioned twangy country verbiage… with a song here and there, and the religious quotations, he’s an intricate character. I appreciate your comment, my friend. 👏
