Hmm, can't say I've noticed. They probably have changed it recently, I know from the dev updates they have been updating a lot of animations and artwork so I wouldn't be surprised if they had.

It works well if you do it right as long as you can get out of the area quickly. Not so well if you hit the wrong shortcut and flip the bird at them 🤣

Thanks for the feedback about the music, I'm trying to find good music but it's a challenge. As for the realism, there is always a trade-off between game performance and realism in a game that tries to be realistic. I can understand the devs simplifying the mechanics of the mechs, as it is the servers take a hit on performance with them which is why most high population servers have them disabled. Increasing the amount of things the server has to track for each mech multiplies that. I do agree with you that more realism would be nice, but I think they have found a pretty good balance.

"Hrmn from actually using RPG's in real life it shouldn't take more then two to take out any mech in the game". Do you not realize how stupid you sound saying this? You basically said "I've shot this real life weapon at something that doesn't exist in real life therefore I know that it should be taken down in two shots". The stupidity is real.

Definitely keen to have a look, I really want to highlight some of the interesting and unique things people are doing with the new base building elements.

Yeah the loot settings are higher, like 2x or 3x I think, still a really good loot run even on 1x though.

i was about to say somthing lol when i do it i only get a couple pistols and maybe a rifle or 2 on normal loot lol

LOL yeah looking at this vid I am being such a noob, it's almost embarrassing really! Realistically I still think this is a good guide for people who are not confident in dealing with mechs and how they can get in and out easily. There are several quicker ways with less exposure to mechs but this way has good line of sight so that you can see where they are, and it's a good demonstration that even a noob like me can get out alive :D

@@Bruno-ow7vo Only if you don't mind risking losing the car to a mech or the mechs are turned off on your server, unless you are not talking about the gate and know a different way there? TBH I haven't really looked at the fence over that side too closely.

@@BluDragonGaming just made 150k in few hours with mechs on,1x loot, with that method. Car has big storage room and you can store chests and backpacks so it s just ultra good for grind and 1 time risk only, i went with 2x40 yellow screws... You just have to go on foot and open 3 doors and go back and run with a car inside, 1 mech will have a visual over you for max 3-4 seconds and that s not enough for him to start shooting at you, south gate, not west

Not sure where you mean by south gate, there is only 2 gates, W and N, unless there is a hole in the fence on the S side that you are using? You could drive in through any of them and park in that yard in between all of the main buildings where it would be safe from mechs once you got in there sure I guess if you are willing to risk your car.

Not sure on that, I think it still helps but the calculation is done in the background. IE instead of modifying your skill it boosts the camo value used to calc whether you are seen.

Yeah you are right, I was trying to leave room for you guys to experiment for yourselves. For the small one you just use the triangle roof and place it the same as you would for the square one. For the larger one you can just use the square roof panels on the outer ring, they will overlap a little but it looks pretty good. Then on the inner ring you should be able to place the triangle roof panels attached to the top of the outer-ring roof panels, I haven't tried it yet with the latest updates so you might need to experiment with it in single-player. If I remember correctly you will need to have supports under the inner ring to place them. Does that make sense or do you want me to do a quick little update vid to show it? I have found that the round houses look good on the outside, but are a challenge to make functional inside especially if you try to make it multi-storey.
