Use the screwdriver to push the tab in towards the relay switch while pulling up with the plyers...wiggle it a lil if needed but dont squeeze the plyers...it will crack the plastic

oh you dont need too plug it in your pc with a sd card reader the capture card is a sd card reader its self just switch the switch too the far right you can transfer you videos like that you just have too plug it in your pc after .
