Really appreciate this video - Simple but effective scheme that will be easy to batch paint, and I really like how the steps are laid out.

Here I am, looking for inspiration for creating my D&D campaign based on old facebook game called "Miscrits world of creaturs". And you come first in google search. I can't say I expected to see it but still pleasent to watch some good D&D roleplay. Cheers mate.

Which is better to print these models. Filament or resin?
@frinkadoon6 ай бұрын
Filament, for sure

Nice simple scheme that stands out well on the table. I think people miss the point that more historical-looking minis will have less detail and "trinketry" than something from 40k for example. Thanks for sharing.

Who else do you know that provides these type of NY buildings or accessories for it?
@Michaelkayslay2 жыл бұрын
I just undercoated these. And I must say, I'm very disappointed. They are just metal. With a little bit of yellow. Very boring

That's a pretty bad result for you to be posting it on youtube... sending it to friends sure, but you should be aiming for better quality content on your channel if you want to grow.

What type of printer works best for this kind of project? I have an Elagoo Mars 2 Pro, but I see you running a filament-style printer in the background...

Looks great! How long does it take to print some of the buildings? Do the floors and windows come in different pieces and you have to glue them together?
@miscrits64383 жыл бұрын
Depends on the building, printing them at .2 takes about 17 hours per level... the files are available with and without the floors. Windows and doors are separate and typically come with a broken and non broken version

@miscrits64383 жыл бұрын
RevKev the game itself is played in roll20 (www.roll20.net) The music is from syrinscape and the maps I made in inkarnate. Then the whole thing is streamed through OBS

What dimensions did you print the buildings at? Their website says 100-126%. Did you have to print the window inserts at the different percent?
@DarkChrisHour3 жыл бұрын
See you had no reply, shame, been looking for same answer. what did you use in end? EDIT It seems the reason they say 100 - 126 is if you scale to minis then use 126. But if you scale to the in box and official terrian it uses 28mm scale which is 100%

The Mystical House is an absolute masterpiece. For a game like Crisis Protocol, having small objects to throw around is a must and the walls that come with the police station are a favorite.
@miscrits64384 жыл бұрын
I agree. The more stuff to throw around the better. I’m going to magnetize the fire escapes so we can throw them and then simply remove them
