I haven't seen one site with Google analytics and the e-commerce full setup. For subscription type. That retention could have been increased. They don't even know when another person is looking for another apartment most of the times. As audiences are too small - and big companies don't integrate their own buildings for centralized marketing campaigns.... Like Greystar...

Nice. Apartment applications are so horrible. Like 1990s type. And then they have a huge problem about verification and I guarantee you they lose a lot. I think it's actually a problem.

Hahaha -reporting vs BI tools used by skilled professionals.💯 Most don't even know that before opening Google Analytics it needs to be setup besides copy paste code. I think Yardi and Real Page are holding the progress. It's a job of DevOps for a basic setup. They don't utilize any kind of personalization for emails or apps. Most people don't even connect the main site to their vendor site with convertion linker. And when you pay for ads and a multi wrap login pops up... and if they registered at some other apartment it takes you away... if you are shopping around and trying to make a choice - that part takes away at least 10% of tenant acquisition in those particular situations. I measured millions of ad spend throughout many years.

The amount they lose is overwhelmly a yacht a year vs 1/10th of the cost. its hard to make non tech people see the need even if you show them all the numbers in the world... I think lots of times it exposes people in between advised them wrong so lots of them avoid it. I don't why...
