This is such a joke! Alexa is about as smart as a bag of hammers! Here's an example of what currently happens. I walk in the door and tell Alexa to play one of my fav playlist and I see the blue ring circle going on, that's how I know Alexa can hear me. But, alas.....no music. So, I ask Alexa again to play my playlist and still nothing. I tell Alexa "Alexa, I still hear no music", and all her response is "I'm sorry, I don't support that right now". This should be soo common sense! She should be able to understand basic conversation English and interact with me, and she doesn't. AS far as examples, why do AI examples always revolve around useless things like "Tell me a love poem". Like when I walk in the door, I need Alexa to turn on my living room, put on my favorite playlist, turn on the front porch light and give me a dinner suggestion, not tell me a poem! Right now, Alexa can't even do the basic of things that she was originally set up to do! I set up routines, they don't even work. It really is sad, because I invested in a number of Alexa products such as smart plugs, several Alexa Studios, Alexa show, Security cameras and she fails to even operate them at the most basic of levels. So as far as Alexa gaining a basic LLM, it couldn't come soon enough!

Aloha This is my sincerest heartfelt message to you and Amazon! Here are the points that have happened and our disgusting experience dealing with Amazon and your not-so-foolproof A to Z guarantee! We own a surf school here in Honolulu, Hawaii and my wife is a drone pilot! Every once in a while we lose or drop a drone in the water and so we need backup drones and in this particular case, we ordered two from Amazon and the sellers name was (Titan Dealz). 1.) March 27, ordered 2 drones, and paid $1,201.29 expected arrival was April 4, 2024 but we received 1 drone on April 1, 2024 2.) Contacted seller and his response was he sent two drones and if I have a problem to contact customer service which I did! 3.) Your customer Service screwed up and made the purchase a return, which was wrong because why would i send back 1 drone and receive only half of my investment! I did not ask for a complete refund, I asked for a refund for the drone we did not receive! 4.)I have been calling everyday and getting promises that this would get resolved and we would get our refund! I have been calling everyday and people are telling me this has to go thru the A to Z program! 5.) Your A to Z program has a hole in it! And this man or whoever saw a loophole to scam innocent people! 6.) After checking his reviews and some were not good and checking his reviews again somehow his bad reviews were gone! But if you check the phone message history, I confirmed this third party seller with other Amazon reps and they saw this! Somehow he changed the Bad reviews! Hackers can do this! I have been calling everyday and then this one time speaking with Lou L. supervisor from the Philippines and she got upset because i told her if it was her family in the Philippines she would understand how it felt getting ripped off by the 5.5 Billion Dollar Amazon! She hungup and then i get a email stating that i withdrew my claim! ( NO WAY DID I WANT TO WITHDRAW MY CLAIM) she let her anger break your policy and speaking to another supervisor in Colombia she broke the rules! And this was grounds for termination! 7.) I grew up in Hawaii with the Filipino, I have family who is part Filipino, and I love the Filipino; by no means did I say anything negative! Against her or your country! 8.)I sent another request for the seller to reimburse our $600.00 for the missing drone and he says the box weighed 4.000 lbs. and the label says 3.000 lbs! I will send you a copy of the label and a photo of this Ukranian ! The post office weighed the box with one drone and two drones and it came out to under 3.000 lbs. 8.) two drones could not fit in the box the way he bubble wrapped the one drone and we videod the box after opening it because we did not know their was only one drone until after opening the box! 9.) Sending photos of what we have and a video but the file may be to large! 10.) Lawyer has sent Amazon a letter stating that we will take you to court for allowing a crook as a third part seller rob us hard working people! 11.) We have our own business and do not steal nothing for a living we are believers in God and His Son Jesus Christ and He knows the truth! I would not go thru this if we received what we paid for! And you Amazon has cost me a lot of stress and wasted time due to your terrible heart breaking system (third party seller) Bad business! 12.) Just remember who won between David and Goliath!
