@Traumfanblueheron I actually just got Instagram a couple of days ago! And my channel is going pretty good! I posted a video for Christmas (youtube was glitching for some reason so it forced me to post it as a really long short 🙄), and just today I posted a new video of a piece I played recently for a recital and won the highest rating on. I got sick for a while so I waited over a week to post again, but I'm hoping to post once a week once my schedule calms down a little

42 days gone by too fast!! Seen and learned a LOT!! I will definitely like to visit again. Flying to Joannasburg tomorrow, will do the 4 days Kruger National Park Safari, not sure how it will be, expecting thunder storms and heavy rains. Will be a new experience for sure.

I went to town in the morning ( exhibitions at the natural history and Archeology Museum is stunning )without my phone/ camera, went back out in the afternoon and saw her. @Traumfanblueheron that's so cool! And no, I don't have Instagram 😅. I'm doing well, though! I've been much busier lately so I haven't been on youtube in a while, but I'm doing pretty good! I've been a lot busier with music lately. I've been on the worship team at my church since March, and I've been have recitals about every other month (In fact, I actually just won an award a couple weeks ago for a jazz piece I played!). I also played at my grandmother's assisted living place, and they've invited me to come back and play for them every month! And I'm planning on starting a KZbin channel of my own in 2025, hopefully in January.

Because there are a lot of creeps on the internet, I don't really want anyone to know my age or gender. But I'm super excited as well! Right now, I'm working on Royal Conservatory of Music Level 6 books, just to give you kind of a feel for what experience level I'm at.

That is not true, many people showed their appreciation including me. It's just the angle of my recording, Luis had been busy playing continuously and yes, he did receive admirations both in applause and in donations.

@@Dylonely_9274 I wish you had an IG account, I have detailed daily posts. Only 4 days into the trip but so many happy events happened, I enjoyed a concert in Barcelona and Luis's artistry in Valencia. No Classical Music encountered in Cartagena today but I visited the Roman Theater.

@@junhoryutube Definitely an amazing sight to see millions of Grunion eggs and sometimes with the Grunions frozen in time of their spunning action. We also have Seals, Dolphins, Sea Anemones, several types of Jellyfish, Blue Herons, Snowy Egrets, Night Herons, Halibuts, Sharks,Sting Rays, Bat Rays, Crabs and Lobster ( once in a while ). Truly a blessing to be able to enjoy Mother Nature's beautiful creations.

Good to hear from you, I've been busy with some remodeling projects lately. In the meantime, I am staying away from posting comments ( you know where ) to avoid accidentally insulting others. How did your recitals go? What are the pieces you are learning now? My next concert is on the 24th, Mr. Bronfman will be playing Schubert D664, Schumann and Prokofiev Sonata 7 ( which he changed from Chopin Sonata 3 ). Right now, my favorite music is Rachmonanov's Sonata for Piano and Cello, especially the Andante mvt.

​@Traumfanblueheron I'm sorry I never responded, youtube hasn't been sending me notifications lately. My most recent recital went really well! The judge gave me the highest rating, and I will be receiving the award for it next month. Lately I've just been practicing all the pieces that I've learned in the last few months because I have an exam, a solo concert (I'll be playing 12 short pieces), and a recital (I'll only play one piece but I'll also be receiving all of my awards that day) all within 10 days of each other.

@@T-J-S It's not the usual Classical Music Concert but I did enjoy it very much, it's a combination of drums, instruments, poetry/ Japanese tradition and ballet movements with some Cirque du Soleil all in one. You can find Drum-tao has many videos on YT.

Kylee, yes, they do have a jelly-like texture and each one is decorated with the remains of whatever they had consumed. The most amazing one I've seen had a whole set of fish teeth in it. Can't wait for our next Marathon. ❤️

@ChopinFreak Good to see you! Did you watch the first part of this rescue, it's the 5 minutes video. What I find interesting is that these rescues have been happening on the days I attend Concerts, ( first was the Ca Stone Crab and then the Turtle ), my next concert is 3-3( if not ⛈️🌩️ since it's 2 hours drive each way ), will see what happens that day.

It's wrapped around the joint on one of the legs, I couldn't hold it by myself ( really feisty and the pecking hurts!! ) I will be on the lookout tomorrow, my friend John runs/ walks every other day, he can help me for sure.

Merry Christmas, Kylee! Yes, Puerto Madryn is where we will be in 4.5 hours. The Welsh occupation started in the 18th century. The Gaiman Village, 80 km away is still steeped in the heritage of the Welsh settlers. Not sure what I will be able to see since it's Christmas Eve and is Sunday! Maybe some church services. I was elated last night to find out our Captain is very passionate about Classical Music, he himself has been playing Classical piano for 47 years, he plays in the local Stockholm orchestra and performs regularly with a chamber group when he is not on sailing duty. He even brought a keyboard with him to practice daily. There are 2 Grand Pianos on the ship but he practices in his private quarter. The crew told me the very first time they met him ( he only came aboard on December 10 ), he played Mozart Concerto before he introduced himself! I shared some of my favorite videos with him last night and he said he will play the piano for me!! In a few hours ( CA December 24, )Maestro will upload a music video on Traum channel of him playing and directing The 1838 LA Campanella. He made the announcement on his Instagram a few days ago. I'm very excited to see this special project.

It really was an amazing performance. I was very impressed with the whole program from the coordination involved all the ship personnel, bus transfer to the Teatro Solis, the Red Carpet reception, the stunning costume, the talented performers and we each received a carnival mask ! Now, we have 3 days at Sea before we get to the Falklands Island ( that's a big unknown because the water there can be VERY treacherous! I will upload the Candombe segment tonight 🤞🤞🤞
