Had them on my Jeep - replaced them with BFG KO2's for a huge improvement off road with out sacrificing much on the street. They came stock on my Nissan truck. Towing, I wore them out after 20k miles - replaced them with General Gatters : higher load rating for very little additional cash

Hi Lourens; I’m busy watching your video at the moment. Might I ask what cover you have on your dashboard? I’ve got a 1998 Colt, 3000i V6 so don’t know if the cover is model specific?

Hi Stefan, that's a Quara dash cover supplied by Mr 4x4 and more locatted in Bronkhorstspruit. They will we differ but they can possibly measure and make one for you.

How would you compare the newer(Not boksie) Colt v6 and 2.8 for use on, 1. Off road 2. Daily

Both V6 and 2.8 are good bakkies. If you maintain them, they will look after you. Off road, I think they are still a worthy contender. The smaller size and standard approach and departure angles are good and you can complete most 4x4 tracks in SA. Daily, it's a comfortable drive it's just not economical, but that said it is not far behind most 4x4’s out there. Not to mention, mine is kitted out, so I lug a lot of unnecessary weight around.

Hi Lourens, i spend the a couple of weeks at Uncle J place over December and did the new years eve night drive up the mountain. Its amazing how different the place is looking now. You should maybe do a before and after video?? It looks so different now. Any ways, enjoy your content and Uncle Johnny speaks highly off you.
