So it looks like a 1x10 I'm assuming? I was hoping you were going to change the cassette too. I want to convert my wife's 3x7 to 1x11 but idk if I'll be able to fit an 11 speed cassette on her hub. I'll just have to keep researching I guess. Good video though.

Real good numbers man... Its nice to know older mustangs can still keep up with the newer ones. I try not to mess with other mustangs unless they are boosted, It's just unfair. I've ran a few times with vette's C5 Z06, and modded C6's and I can still pass a few of those in my 03 Cobra. But still impressive times man.

@midnight347 u clearly own a Mach 1 so I'm not even gonna start u think your bull shit and ill know what's true

with equal drivers they're not. maybe if the new edge gt had full bolt ons and a tune it might be close with a bone stock mach...stock they usually put down 45-55 rwhp less than a mach 1 to the wheels and run a good .5 second slower in the quarter and 4 or 5 mph slower as well. stock for stock and mod for mod the mach 1 is faster all day than a new edge gt.

The Mach 1 is one of the most overlooked mustangs. They are definitely underrated and I definitely want one!

Mach 1's can def hold their own. I dont know how, but I raced an '11 5.0 from 40 to 130 and we were side by side the whole time. Maybe got a nose on me by the end. Not bad considering im stock with just a drop in filter.

That's freaking sweet, I'm thinking of getting one of the Mach 1's or a GT, I'm still pretty young but lets see

That 5.0 is trapping low. Everywhere you look they are trapping 110-114. Your mach trapped low also. Still, the 5.0, with equivalent drivers, is still almost a second quicker in the 1/4.

Turns out a had a bad coil pack for awile...got that fixed and got a tune and now im around 13.2

@marquis781 The tires are Fierce Instinct ZRs...they were just some really cheap stuff off of tire rack i believe, but also the best tires ive had for that car (funny how that works) granted..weather conditions were pretty perfect that night

what tires are you running? that was a damn good launch for a stock mach 1.. mines modded and i still cant launch like that
