Well i cant download the platinum because it doesnt direct me to the download site WebTorrent. I tried on a friends computer and it didnt work for him as well so its not about the conectivity i think its a server problem

So it's easier than modding TDU2 and sure as hell doesn't cause your game to lag terribly with unpacked files. I either choose over 800 cars on a rather buggy map but with stable framerates or 40+ cars on 2 polished maps, better graphics but unstable with mods.

Sorry, it does seem that I have skipped something. You are wanting to copy the files over from WinRAR or whatever you are using into the TDU game directory. For me its located in 'Windows C - Program Files (x86) - Atari - Test Drive Unlimited'. As for everything I literally mean everything you can see in the WinRAR on my screen,

Either set it up using the 4gb executable, or simply live with it because that's a normal bug with modern PCs running old games like these.

For some reason the game starts lagging after like 10 minutes of playing, Im trying to lower the graphics as they are all on MAX, but the game freezes, it is not responding after changing all the settings back. Installed latest updates on fresh game, new profile, 1050ti

My ps4 controller works fine except I don’t have any gradual options for the R2 and L2 buttons. If I press either of these buttons, (L2 for brake, and R2 for gas) with the slightest of movement it goes full gas or full brake, regardless of how little I press it. Can this be fixed?

The trigger buttons don't respond after I map them. Though I was using a PS5 controller, I did emulate it to an Xbox 360 controller via reWASD.

@@Cyberbrickmaster1986 oh I found a work around btw. Use the xbox 360 controller emulator, and make sure in the controls you didnt map the start button, because that causes the car to start its engine manually.

Can someone help? I installed the platinum edition and I started the game for somehow the game already being in my profile and progress from the original version... and when I start playing the game the world is not rendering at all just the car and I can't move!!!

You saved file will be in your documents under test drive folder. You would have to delete this folder to start fresh. I'd recommend you backing this folder up first if you ever go back to original and want to keep the saved data.

@@no_longer_tipsy7485 I made a new profile with new game but when I start the new game option it would not loading and start the first cutscene it's just stuck at loading black screen... Othe notices the gpu is 99% when I start the platinum edition but it's working very well in the original version
