Maybe you can answer this: Don't get to many answers on my questions about this endless loom from anyone I've asked. It seems to me the sizing depends on the size of the beads, and thats why it doesn't work for me, they use 6.0 and I used 8.0 thats why it turned out to big

The bracelet size is determined by the dowel size you use with the loom. And then you can use the tension rod that is closest to the size of your beads. I think you would want to use the 1/8" tension rod with the size 8/0 seed beads. Hope this helps.

It would've been helpful to actually see the crimp as it was progressing. Thanks!

How do you know what size bead to use to "set" your length if you are not keeping the 8mm bead on the bead? What made you pick the 8mm size for the gauge?

Hi Jeannie, You can use an 8mm bead with any gauge wire. It is for measuring out your loop size. First place the bead (or beads) you are using for your design on the headpin, then add the 8mm bead on top of it and cut. If you are using the same bead multiple times in your design you can now measure the rest of your headpins against the one you cut, and cut them all before adding the beads. If you have design, like Heidi's necklace in the video, that used 100s of headpins; it really is a time saver. Thanks for your Question!

Hi Maggie, Heidi's necklace was made using, you guessed it; simple loops! Seed beads on long headpins with a simple loop at the top. She used 150 headpins, 5 on each jump ring. You can see a close up of the blue version here with all of the supplies needed. www.goodybeads.com/trends/All-About-Fringe.htm Thanks!
