The Talz (spider-guy) in this PSA might actually be Bama Vook from the Episode I Adventures books. He also pilots a YT-1300 freighter called the Metron Burner. Except his co-pilot was a droid instead of a Duros.

We lost Jim far too soon. Jim and The Muppets, and Sesame Street, along with George Lucas and Steven Spielberg, shaped my childhood, and of course millions of others. We miss you Jim. Clifford was fantastic. I watched Arsenio religiously too as a teen on my little 13" TV in my bedroom. I'd stay awake too late every night, tired for school the next day, because I couldn't miss Arsenio.

RIP James Maury Henson👍👍 it's so tragic that we lost him and Richard Hunt in such a short amount of time. I've always been a great fan of his works, he was a true entertainer and I really hope that all puppeteers will be inspired by what he did

It’s an interesting contrast, this interview. Because on one hand, it has the very last time Jim ever played Kermit, but on the other hand, Clifford apparently likes getting spanked.

Jim had said before he died if he ever got to busy to perform Kermit he have Steve do it. They never got to discuss it though.

The fact that he had a “frog in his throat” and Jim said he was upset with this performance for not meeting his standard, and it was the last time Kermit was ever seen by Jim Henson. It’s absolutely heartbreaking.

He struggled to meet his standards because his body was already fighting bacterial pneumonia, which is what killed him.

I just came back from seeing the recent part of Animation Lookback: the Muppets part 4 and truly this was Jim Henson's final performance as Kermit the Frog and his final Television appearance! R.I.P. Jim Henson
