Njonjo has a fantastic model but he hasnt been able to resolve substandard products reaching us. And having a very responsive call center that deliveres less in terms of resolving complaints is not a very pleasant thing "hapa kwa ground" Either their handling of Fresh produce is not supervised because I have received tomatoes and potatoes that fall way off what they have advertised. I wish Njonjo would want to receive feedback from the bottom going upwards.
