What was really that bad about his performance at the Olympics? can't find anything extraordinary ..!?

Jimmy Barnes energy levels during his time in Cold Chisel and his solo career were off the scale make no error. Chisel could not keep up with him and when he was solo he drove his band so hard even they couldn't keep up with him. Nobody could. At times I don't think he could even keep up with himself. This man's energy knew no limits and he probably had more power and endurance than most professional athletes in Australia at the time. When you listen to the man speak there's no B.S. at all just honesty and there's no exaggerating or stretching the truth - it's simply straight up to the core. You can choose to believe it or not. If you want the epiphany of courage Jimmy Barnes is the best example of one you'll find on the planet. This is an awesome report.

It is not enough to say that Jimmy Barnes is a national treasure. The way his songs encapsulate life as a working person in Australia is genius. His fans come from a broad spectrum of Australia - but when they are at a concert they are one. Jane Barnes is a witty, devoted and intelligent woman who has been the rock behind Jimmy. Yes, Jimmy it's been a hell of a time, but you've got a lot left to contribute. Jimmy Barnes is a true Australian hero.

I am finally at page 367 of 488 pages of Working Class Man. And I am so inspired by Jimmy Barnes Story he is an example of a Survivor of horrific abuse and has succeeded in pulling his life together Jane you are the best thing that has ever happened for jimmy you are his rock.

3 things about this - 1. How rough is the news anchor, I mean, really... 2. This is not even Howe's best mark, let alone in the top few of all time. His 2012 mark against Sydney was a ripper 3. Commentators these days are rubbish - listen to Bruce call Morecrofts or Sean Smith's marks. For the record, Sean Smith still has the best mark of all time...
@chiefchimp43777 жыл бұрын
Wrong. Moorcroft's is the best off all time. Smith took his on the chest off a high, easy-to-read kick. Moorcroft took his off an ugly, low, hard-to-read Scott Lucas right foot, in his outstretched arms. Moorcroft's is objectively the greatest off all time. Don't bother responding because you can't debate facts.
@phunkyfeelone7 жыл бұрын
So, you'll agree then with 1. the news anchor is pretty rough, and 3. Commentators are rubbish. Moorcroft - got about 4ft off the ground, jumped early, technically pushed the opponent in the back. Smith - got a second lift, therefore was about 7ft off the ground, a pack mark, and rode the pack. Either of them: better than this week's mark from Jeremy Howe. Still think his one Vs Sydney is in the top 5 of all time - and certainly the best hangtime mark of all time.
@chiefchimp43777 жыл бұрын
Lol, if Smith was seven feet off the ground, the bottom of his boots would have to have been about 20cm above Richard Champions head, which they simply weren't.
