That hose routing on the main boom is stupid and probably the worst design I’ve ever seen 😂

Hope the climate control is a "set it and forget it". Reaching can be difficult. Liked them better when you could open the side window.

Yes it was the operators first week. It’s rare to find employers that take the time and money to train new operators. Good on them

This is a Chinese Built 4x4 ATV it is Built by Shandong Odes Industry Company in China , when the "Kiwi" Engineers went to China looking for an All Terrain ATV for Farming and Deer Hunting in NZ they used their Engineering Knowhow to add Dual Diff locking for the front and rear drives and added other design ideas to meet their needs in New Zealand , and has proved popular in NZ and Australia and the USA Markets and because it is built of steel it is more durable , than some tubular frame ATV's and the Engine is built under license in China , which is why the Russian Army has ordered 1500 units for troop movement in Eastern Ukraine and they have received some 600 units which are now on the battlefield as seen by Viewers of mobile phone footage on the Russian telegraph channels

Did kenworth take over Pacific? because it looks identical to a Pacific P16
@mountainforestryequipment84779 ай бұрын
There are a number of differences between it and a Pacific. The easiest to identify is the hood.
@hurkadurk9 ай бұрын
@@mountainforestryequipment8477I see it now. Did kenworth take over the design though? when pacific stopped? because you have to admit if they pass you at 30 you can hardly tell lmao. absolutely love both machines though.
@mountainforestryequipment84779 ай бұрын
@@hurkadurkThere was quite a few manufacturers competing for the off-highway market share in that era. Hayes, Pacific, Kenworth, and Mack are the most popular. And even a few Euclid/Terex converted single axle rock trucks. The Mack’s and Terex’s were the only ones that looked significantly different.
@36handy9 ай бұрын
No. That’s a pacific or a hays. Kenworth never made an off-road logging truck of that size.
@mountainforestryequipment84779 ай бұрын
@@36handyA quick Google search will prove you wrong. I’m not enough of a Kenworth buff to know what dates they manufactured them from and when they finished. I’m guessing the last one left the factory in the late 70’s or early 80’s

Why stop the filming?. The machine is now out there, it’s no longer a concept or Drawing. Seems like a bad judgement call by the Tigercat employee. Tigercat does build great quality tracked machines maybe only rivalled in the mainstream by JD. Why put it on show if you’re that worried.
@ponsseguy10 ай бұрын
While tigercat does seem to manufacture high quality equipment a d continues to innovate in some sectors of the market, it seems they're starting to forget how they got to where they are. Bullying people into shutting off cameras is kinda dumb. I mean any company that wanted to copy that machine can just buy one if they want to look at it, and if you're a company that has interest in copying that design you probably have the money to buy one. Besides all that, unless they never plan to sell these machines, it's only a matter of time til they get out in the bush where Mr engineer isn't there to tell folks not to video the machine.
@mountainforestryequipment847710 ай бұрын
Agreed!
@masaharumorimoto476110 ай бұрын
lol, ya I suspect everyone in engineering is paranoid about china stealing the design, 1 dude with a phone sends the video to the factory in china and boom lol.
