How much did that cost to clean? You mentioned three weeks for the seats alone.

It’s a 6.0 disaster! Absolutely trash for an engine. Leave that truck in the field to rot! It will save you a lot of headaches my friend.

Those are the best truck seats ever. Kind of a pain in the ass but so freaking cool. Had a 2007 F150 with those seats. Conditioned them and had them MINT. To bad the 5.4l 3 valve was such a trash engine. Cam phasers went out snd i didnt have time to mess with it.

That is wonderful you helped him. I have to say from what I have seen and heard about your work is simply amazing. I have a 66 mustang that's me and my family since 1968. It was a father-son project. I'm slowly getting her back to being on the road with modifications. I hope I can find a detailer like you in my area. Thank you for the beautiful work you're doing keep putting out some beautiful videos

@ thought them fords was 7.3 either way it’s still worth few grand in parts that leather interior I see on marketplace for $2k an 4x4 guys pay premium for the front an rear axle on them trucks so even as a roller it’s worth few grand

As an 06 King Ranch owner I always struggle with conditioning the seats. I can fill my hand with conditioner and lather the seats and it just fades away quickly. What an awesome idea to wrap them up and lock them in. Ill have to try that.

Dude needs to delete emissions on that truck. Egr is the WORST! Arp head studs,exhaust,some solid tuning,run schaffers oil with motor craft filter,an airdog or fass fuel system,kc turbo,and etc. But hes already in good hands with KillDevil Diesel motor. Trucks gonna be SWEET. But what I listed above is what 6 litre owners need to do. Good on ya for disclaimer about the chemicals but I'm definitely gonna have to get some 😂 I'm in Indiana or else I'd send a truck to North Carolina. Great video. PowerStroke 6.0s are the GOAT no matter what anyone says. 😅
@FoolintheRainSDMF4 күн бұрын
Truck probably wasnt that clean when dude bought it and those ranch seats with that color and texture, almost no one ever takes care of em and theyre beautiful when theyre good but look awful elsewise. Cool that he was able to get em nice again cause they are usually stained, tons of shades,scratches,rips down to the foam and etc

I bought a one owner 07 F350 King a few years ago. The owner had never cleaned or treated the seats. I diligently and carefully cleaned them with warm water and Tide soap and a soft brush. Then treated the leather with a good saddle leather conditioner, then used numerous bottles of Ford King Ranch leather conditioner. The seats are in excellent shape now but took quite a bit to get them back in to shape

I can't even express how impressed I am by your details. I love those trucks to begin with but to see this restoration process and the way you do things. Absolutely amazing.
